How do I reset my password?
Tap "Forgot Password" on the sign-in screen and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes.
How do I connect with my coach?
Ask your coach for their share code. Then go to your profile and tap "Add Coach" to enter the code and link your accounts.
Can I use Hybrid Dad on both my phone and the web?
Yes! Your data syncs between the mobile app and the web dashboard at hybriddad.com/dashboard. Sign in with the same account on both.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at info@activatesoftware.co.za with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and we'll process your request within 48 hours.
